Process & Details for Demi-Couture Orders

Select your favorite design, preview your stationery and place your order.

You'll receive a proof via e-mail within 2 business days. Proofs are very important because the final stationery product is generated directly from the approved proof.

By approving your proofs you agree that all text and design will appear exactly as shown and that the quantity indicated on the proof will be printed. Two rounds of revisions are included with your order. Changes beyond the second round of proofing, including typesetting, spelling and punctuation are considered to be additional rounds and will incur an additional proof fee of $50 per proof. If something is missed on B&L's end, there will of course be no additional charge to you.

Once you have approved your proof your flat printed Demi-Couture stationery suite will be ready for delivery within 7-10 business days. Letterpress invitation suites will be ready for delivery within approximately 10-20 business days. If you have chosen complimentary guest addressing or liners for your envelopes, please allow 2-3 additional business days.

Letterpress printing is a hand-crafted process. Subtle variations in inking, color, impression and position are to be expected for letterpress printed pieces.

Domestic orders are shipped via insured US Priority Mail with the exception of Hawaii orders which are sent US First Class Mail.

Shipping for International orders will be invoiced separately.

If you are on the Island of Oahu, you may arrange for pick-up from our Honolulu studio.

UPS and FedEx shipping is available, please contact us for additional information.

Mailing service is available for our stationery suites. If you are in a pinch for time or would like your envelopes to have a postmark from Honolulu, Hawaii the service is available for 75 cents per suite plus the cost of postage.

Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns. We make every effort to ensure that each product is inspected and packed perfectly, so that no damages are incurred during printing and/or shipment. We will correct, at no cost, any mistakes caused by our own error, however any major changes to the design order after final proofing will delay the shipment and will incur additional costs. If orders are cancelled before proof approval, a design fee of $100 will apply.

Orders that have been proofed and approved cannot be canceled.
